These terms govern your use of the Wamd website (wamdworld.com) and purchases of the digital products offered on it: “Wamd Heroes: The Complete Pack” and “Wamd Heroines: The Complete Pack” and the offer containing both packs, “Wamd Heroes + Wamd Heroines: both bundles together”, owned and operated by Bazuhair Information Technology, LLC, a company registered in Delaware, United States. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Nature of the Products

Wamd Heroes and Wamd Heroines are entirely digital products: PDF files, images, and wallpapers ready to print or view on screen. No shipping or printed copy is provided. You receive the files immediately after payment through a download link on the website. When you buy both packs together, you receive a download file for each pack. The free sample is an introductory file available without payment and is subject to the same usage license.

Wamd Games

Games available at wamdworld.com/play are free and require no purchase. Their data is governed by the Wamd App Privacy Policy. Games are provided “as is,” and we may modify or discontinue some features.

Usage License

• Your purchase grants you a personal license to print the files and use them within your household only.
• You may not resell, distribute, publicly share, or upload the files to other websites or platforms in any form.
• All intellectual property rights in the content, including illustrations, characters, and text, are reserved by Bazuhair Information Technology, LLC.

Price and Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD), and payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not access or store your card details.

Refund Policy

Because the product is digital and delivered immediately after payment, sales are generally final. However, we provide a full refund in the following cases:

• A technical error prevented you from receiving the files, and we could not resolve it within 7 days of your contacting us.
• You were charged twice for the same order by mistake.

To request a refund, contact us at Hello@salehbazuhair.com within 14 days of purchase and include the email address used at checkout. We will reply within two business days.

Limitation of Liability

We make efforts to ensure the content is accurate and ready to print, but the website and product are provided “as is” without additional warranties. The company is not liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the product.

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States.
