- Flip two cards on each turn.
- If the pictures match, the pair stays face up. If they do not, both cards turn face down again.
- Match every pair before the round timer runs out.
How Difficulty Progresses in Card Challenge?
The first board starts with six pairs. The number increases with each level up to 24 pairs, then the boards cycle through the progression again. Time grows with board size: one full minute plus another 20 seconds for each pair. Larger boards need a plan as well as speed.

A Tip for Your First Round
Scan the board in a consistent order from one side to the other. When you see a picture you have seen before, try to recall its location before opening another card.
Tips to Go Further
- Avoid flipping a new card at random when you remember half of a pair. Start with a card whose matching partner you know.
- Divide a large board into quarters and remember each quarter separately.
- Mentally repeat the picture and its location, such as “sun: second row,” to help remember it.
